Hello, I'm Jill - mother of three grown up children and wife to Geoff. I have been crafting one way or another for as long as I can remember. In the1990's I discovered quilling and in 2009 I began selling my quilled card designs online (https://folksy.com/shops/PaperDaisyCardDesign) - this continues to go from strength to strength. More recently I re-discovered rubber stamping and became an Independent Stampin' Up! demonstrator, showcasing and selling high quality paper crafting materials including rubber stamps, inks, cardstock, punches and dies. Diamond anniversary card

As I mentioned in the last post, it is my parents' diamond (60th) wedding anniversary soon - tomorrow in fact. I've already shown you the invitations so thought I'd show you the card I made them. Earlier this month I had made a large card (8" x 8") as a special order for a customer:



I don't think mum and dad would appreciate such a large card, so made a very similar one but slightly smaller (6" x 8"). I'm sorry about the quality of the photo - I took it at night in my studio, rather than in natural light with my usual set up. But I'm sure you get the idea!
Happy anniversary mum and dad - 60 years is certainly something to celebrate!

    What a stunning card, it is so elegant. I am making wedding invitations at present and would love to know which font you have used, it is really lovely. I bet your mum and dad loved the card.
